Tour Services

Booking Consultation – $100

A booking consultation includes honing in on touring goals and refining the artist’s booking pitch. $50 from the Booking Consultation may be used towards future tour services.

Tour Routing Package – pricing subject to consultation

The Tour Package includes routing, contacting venues, creating contracts, and ensuring that the gig accessible on online platforms.

Tour Promotion Package – pricing subject to consultation

This package includes acquiring and reaching out to media contacts for a given market and facilitating interviews, appearances, or stories with any interested parties. This package does not include shipping costs associated with promotion.

Media Servicing Package – starting at $25/market + printing + shipping costs

The media servicing package includes printing market specific information on each poster and making sure they get into the hands of the venue or street team. Graphics can be provided at an additional cost.

Social Media Tour Promotion – pricing subject to consultation

The Social Media Tour Promotion package includes a tour announcement on all social media platforms, geotargeted and market specific posts, and regular posts in Facebook event pages and local groups. This package will be tailored to the needs of each market, tour, and artist.

 

Festival Applications – starting at $250

The festival application process includes creating a pitch and applying to festivals across the globe from our vast database of genre specific festivals, including guitar, folk, and bluegrass. We will follow up and negotiate contracts for any festivals for an additional commision.

 

Social Media – Pricing subject to consultation

This package is highly customizable and includes posting strategically and assisting in the creation of content in order to engage fans. We will help you identify areas in which you excel on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, and ways in which you can improve. We will also help you allocate your advertising budget and target the correct demographics to grow your fanbase.

Customizable package can include the following:

  • Social media platform analysis (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc)
  • Facebook marketing strategy

  • Live stream production and strategy

Email Marketing Services

Newsletters – $75 per mailing

Get your latest news, music, and products directly into the hands of your fans with newsletters. We will craft a custom newsletter or proof, format, and add finishing touches to one you’ve already drafted.

Mailing List Development – starting at $20 per 100 names

Get new fans in the loop right away with mailing list development assistance. Send the names and emails your fans jot down after every show, and we’ll get them uploaded to your mailing list. We can also facilitate contests, giveaways, and other campaigns to grow your fanbase and your email list.

 

International Artist Services – starting at $4,500

Working in the United States requires an O-1 or P-1 work visa. Obtain this visa requires an immigration attorney, and a sponsor. It is a complicated process. We will aid in co-ordinating all facets of the visa application, including filing fees, attorney, and support letters. The standards for admission are very high and we will determine on initial consultation if you have a good chance of success. A paid 1 hour consultation is required.

CWAs – $250

This package includes the creation, filing and reconciliation of a Central Work Authorization agreement. Once you have a work visa, and you have booked a tour, the US Internal Revenue Service requires that you file what’s called a “CWA”. This is a document that includes several government forms, requires a local US based petitioner, and a budget. Once submitted and approved, the artist may work with no withholding tax from the venue. If you do not have this, the venue will be required to take 30% of your performance and merchandise income and remit to the IRS. Venues don’t like doing this, and you won’t like it either. Once the tour is complete, there must be reconciliation of all income and expense and this must be submitted and approved and tax paid. Ultimately this will prepare you for submitting a US Tax return (which must be done through an accountant that we can arrange).

 

Grant Applications – pricing subject to consultation

If you don’t have the resources to tour in the US or abroad, grants may be a good place to get the funding you need. We will find appropriate grants and apply for them on your behalf.

Spotify promotion starts with an overhaul of the Spotify Artist Profile in order to make the platform engaging to fans.
